Wrap Bracelet
This easy wrap bracelet is an easy project for a beginner and uses ladder stitch and herringbone stitch. It’s a great introduction to the honeycombs or a good way to use up a variety of leftover beads in your stash.
Honeycomb Beezzzzz Bracelet
Show off the the lovely shape of the honeycomb beads with this design by Akke Jonkhof. The honeycomb beads are simply combined with O beads and superduos to create an elegant and versatile bracelet.
Honey of a Bracelet
Marcia Balonis’s design is another good introductory project. It uses basic right angle weave for the spine filled in with the honeycomb beads, O beads, bicones and fire-polished beads. The O-beads are a great combination with the honeycombs while the facetted bicones and fire-polished beads echo the angular shape of the honeycomb beads.
Honeycomb Heart
This pendant by Joanne Zammit is another quick and easy project which creates heart about 2 inches wide. The O beads are again used as a simple separator to add interest to the design.
Honey’s Flower Bracelet
Bianca van der Molen’s intermediate level project combines the honeycomb beads with just 11/0 and 15/0 seed beads to create these intricate flower motifs. Here the components are interlocked to form a bracelet but they can also be used to create other jewellery pieces.
