The CzechMates Cabochons are another versatile beads in the CzechMates range. Their round shape allows them to be mixed and matched with many other beads as well to create some fabulous designs. We have some easy CzechMates projects to get you started if these are new to you.
CzechMates Cabochons
The CzechMates cabochons measure 7mm and have 2 holes. Their pretty domed shaped makes them very versatile and easy to incorporate into a multitude of designs. They have the same distance between their holes as the rest of the CzechMates multi-hole beads to maximise your design options. Their domed shape also makes them very easy to combine with lots of other beads.
They come in over 60 colours including matt metallics, suede and the vibrant saturated metallic colours.

If you’re looking for some design inspiration, we have some lovely patterns from the Starman TrendSetters for you.
if you’re looking for a quick make, this Crisscross bracelet is a good choice. It combines the CzechMates cabochons with superduos and seed beads. You can also use this design to make a pretty curved necklace. Try substituting the superduos with CzechMates diamonds or gemduos for fun variations.
Inspired by micro-macrame, this Faux Nouage Bracelet combines the cabochons with Toho demi-rounds.
You can also use this design to make a delicate pendant.
The cabochons are also designed to work with the other beads in the CzechMates range. The star design below combines the cabochons with the crescents to make delicate little components. The components can be used to make jewellery such as the pendants below or little tree or window decorations.
These Lil Earrings shows the cabochones combined with the CzechMates diamonds. The popular 2-hole gemduos are also used. You can use the diamond shaped components to make a lovely pendant or a striking pair of earrings.
