Projects with 2-hole Honeycomb beads

Galina’s Path Bracelet
This easy pattern by Leslie Pope combines honeycombs with facetted fire-polished beads. Tiny facetted microspacers echo the 4mm fire-polished beads and embellish the edge. It’s a straight-forward project using modified right-angle weave. However, it uses a central path of the Galini honeycomb substitute beads to create interest. The Galini cymbal elements are the same size but have a facetted top, like the honeycomb jewels beads.
Renate Bracelet
The 2-hole honeycomb beads and Galini Cymbal elements are also used in this design by Cora Sparidaans. However, extra interest and texture is added by glueing sparkling crystal SS16 flatbacks to the Galini honeycomb bead substitutes. Facetted bicones work well with the angular 2-hole honeycomb beads. The design creates a bracelet about 14 inches long which can be wrapped round the wrist.
Honeycomb Bangles
This design is not as complicated as it might look at first glance. It’s designed by Apollinariya Koprivnik and is suitable for beginners. She contrasts the 2-hole honeycomb beads with the Mabubo 2-hole superduos and miniduos. Superduo Honeycomb Bangle
Katie Dean has done all the hard work to show you how to create this bangle and ensure it keeps its concave shape. It can be made with either the standard 2-hole honeycomb beads or with the jewels version.
